Ingredients
- Spinach - 2 bunches (washed thoroughly)
- Moong daal - 1 cup (washed thoroughly)
- Garlic - 5no
- Ginger - small piece
- Oil - 2 or 3 tsp
- Tumeric powder - one pinch
- Onions - 1no
- Green chillies - 5no
- Urad daal - 1 tsp
- Salt - as per ur taste
- Soak the moong daal for 30 min.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add the urad daal.When it changes to golden yellow color, add garlic pieces, chopped green chilles, chooped onions and saute them well.
- When onions becomes transperent add gingergarlic paste, moong daal, pinch of tumeric saute them well until the raw flovour goes away.
- Now add chopped spinach, salt and saute them well.Cook for 10 min until all the moisture is evaporated.
- When the curry becomes bit dry, remove it from the heat and serve it with chapathi.
